That’s why we conduct a complimentary inspection within 4 weeks of every new tenant moving in. This enables us to an immediate feel on how tenants are treating the property and allows us to address areas of concern before they become issues.  If they aren’t what we anticipated, we’ll talk to you and remedy the situation quickly and efficiently.  We will also conduct further inspections every 3 months.
